Our mission is to make sure every Australian has the ability to write a will and to encourage as many as possible to pledge gifts in their wills.
To do that, we need to make will-writing as accessible as possible. In other words, it needs to be free. Research proves that people are far more likely to complete an online will if it’s free.
A study from US-based FreeWill found that people are 20 times more likely to write an online will if it’s free, compared to if it costs $100.
Similarly, Australian-based Safewill reported that 59 times more wills were written during its Free Wills Week, compared to the weekly average.
